Shipping & Handling

Free Shipping
Free shipping includes standard ground delivery. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders delivered via free shipping typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii.

2 Day Delivery
Orders placed with 2 Day Delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2-3 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed with 2 Day Delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3-4 business days. Shipping times apply to items being sent to the 48 contiguous stages. Items usually take 1 to 2 business days to process before shipping.

Overnight Delivery
Orders placed with Overnight Delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 1-2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed with Overnight Delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2-3 business days. Next Business Day Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes. Items usually take 1 to 2 business days to process before shipping.

Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

International Shipping Costs, Methods and Disclosure
International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and either use the "estimate shipping" form when you view your shopping bag, or simply proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping costs on the review page of the checkout process. This is the last page before finalizing your order. From this page you may either cancel or proceed with your order.

  • UPS Worldwide Saver - UPS and lucbags.com provide customs-cleared delivery to more than 50 destination countries. Most shipments to Europe or Asia are delivered within 2 to 3 business days after leaving lucbags.com.

    Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from lucbags.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

    Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

    Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

    If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

    Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from lucbags.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to lucbags.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

We cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our web site, and you do so at your own risk. For added privacy and security, we do not store you credit card information.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Luc Bags stands behind each of our products. We are confident you will enjoy your purchase, but if you are not satisfied with our products at the time you receive it, or if our products do not perform to your satisfaction, return it to us for a replacement or full refund. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN OR ALTERED.


    Here's what you do...

    • Send the product to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase
    • Include a copy of the original invoice
    • Include information about yourself: name, address, phone number, email address
    • State reason for return
    • Put everything in one box and send it to us. It's that easy.

    When will my credit card be refunded?
    Once your package has been received at LucBags.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from LucBags.com. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

    Ordering

    When you're done shopping, click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" to place your order. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply remove items from your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

    • Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes.
    • Your billing address
    • Address you want to ship to
    • Preferred shipping method
    • Any gift options
    • Payment method, credit card type, number and expiration date

    Placing an Order
    You will have a chance to verify all your order details in checkout and if no changes are necessary proceed to "Place Order". You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we've charged your credit card.

    Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    When You are Charged
    Generally, credit cards are not charged until we ship the item(s) to you. However, when you pay for your order using a credit card that is associated with a checking account, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your account balance.

    Promo Codes and How To Use Them
    Occasionally when you receive a special offer for purchases from us, you will also receive a promotional code to use. This code lets us know that the special offer should be applied to your order.

    Using the code is easy:
    • Just shop and check out as you normally would
    • When you get to checkout, enter your promotional code in the space provided
    • Once you have entered the promotional code and clicked "ADD" you will see the sub-total amount update on the left
    • If the promo code you've entered is invalid, the sub-total amount will not change.

    Order Status & Tracking

    » Check Order Status

    Order Confirmation
    You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
    • The first confirms that your order was received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this email will arrive within about 24 hours
    • The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the "Order Status" link provided in the email, or from the "Order Status" link at the bottom of any page on our website.

      Order Tracking
      You can check the status of your order(s) by clicking on "Order Status" at the bottom of any page. Once you login with your email and password, you can click on a specific order to see its details and order status.

      NOTE: If you did not register at the time of checkout, you chose not to create a Luc Bags Account or have the ability to track your order(s).

      On the "My Orders" page, you'll see the items in the order, the shipping address, shipping method, payment details and any return or exchange information. On the Shipment Summary, you'll also see the current status and details from the shipping carrier's tracking service for each package.

      Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages. In such cases, we'll provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package.

      Change in Your Order Status
      Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately. Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges. Also, if we anticipate any significant delay of when your order(s) will arrive, we will notify you by email immediately.

    Updating Account Information

    Creating An Account
    By creating an account and saving your info, you will be able to:
    • Checkout faster
    • Review past order details
    • Save frequently used addresses
    • Get the latest on new arrivals and sales

    In order to access your personal information, including your credit card information, address book and order history, you must sign in using your email address and your lucbags.com password.

    As part of our registration process, you will be asked to provide the following information:
    • Your name and e-mail address
    • A password and password hint, to help you in case you can't remember your password during future visits.

    When saving your billing and shipping info, enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Incomplete or incorrect info may slow order processing. A ten-digit phone number is required in case of delivery problems.

    Using Your Address Book
    You can save multiple frequently used addresses for yourself and the friends and family you shop for. We will not contact you or your address list unless we have a specific question about a delivery. Read our privacy policy for more information.
